The hotel provided free bicycles and tuk tuk service to the main road, making it convenient for guests with disabilities. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Facilities such as air conditioning, shower, and TV worked well. Charge stations by the bed were convenient. The pool area was nice and there were drinks and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. English speaking staff were available for any queries.

I had a fantastic stay here and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value hotel. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, markets, and the river nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and let me borrow their personal phone when I needed to make an international call. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved having a mini-bar and sitting area to relax in. The free wifi was fast and the breakfast was delicious.

The service from the general manager and room keeper was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was convenient for Dream World and the airport. The daily cleaning service was appreciated.
